If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, you will be refunded immediately.
However, if you cancel after your order has shipped, a 10% restocking fee
will be applied to your canceled order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the time you receive your order.
If you are dissatisfied with the item for any reason, you may not be assessed a restocking fee, depending on circumstances.
The purchased item must be returned in the exact condition you received it.
To prevent fraud, all serial numbers are recorded prior to shipment.
