Beats Studio Buds Earbuds and charging case are available in 3 colors. The Beats earbuds and charging cases are brand new and will need to be paired with your existing components. To make this process as simple as possible for you, we've made a video with detailed instructions!

 

"How do I order an earbud?"

For earbuds, using the drop-down menu, select the side, color and silicon tip size. 

 

Your order will ship fast, in shielded packaging to protect your replacement! And as always, free shipping is included. Expedited shipping is available during checkout.

    Free USPS First Class shipping is included with your order.  

    We are U.S. based and ship from Bellingham, Washington.  Most USPS First Class deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days, to the lower 48 states.

    However, if time is critical we do offer expedited shipping options to best suit your needs.  

  • Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    We understand things change quickly!  If for any reason you need to return your order, please contact us to arrange a return.  

    Returns and exchanges are accepted for 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

    A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from a refund if your order shipped, however we try to impose this on a case by case basis.  If your order is canceled prior to shipping, there will never be a fee.

    For security, all serial numbers are recorded and noted on your order prior to shipping!

    Your replacement part is 100% guaranteed against defect! If for some reason you have an issue pairing your replacement component, we're available to assist you through the process.

    In the very unlikely event that we can't assist you remotely, we offer our free diagnosis service.  We would need you to ship your components to us where we then go through a diagnosis process to asses the reason for the issue you experienced.  

    We'll then ship your components back to you, ready to go!
